Writing Winning Proposal Skill
This is a four day training with the following objective

Strategic Resources Mobilization Skills
This is a four-day training with the following objectives:
- To understand Resources mobilization process, dynamics, and trends
- To gain skills in developing vibrant Resources mobilization strategy and Plans.
- To strengthen capacity in designing projects and developing winning proposals

Project Management Skill
This training covers the management of teams, finances, coordination of activities, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and observing timelines. This four-day training is aimed at realizing the following specific objectives:
- Grasp the basic concepts, principles, and processes of project management.
- Create project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively, lead teams, and manage stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
